I am very happy with the way I am choosing to live my life. After trying gym for some years now I have finally decided that I do not prefer it. Actually, it has been 7 months since I started Pilates and I enjoy it to the maximum, I even think that I won’t ever stop doing it. Well, I do Pilates three times a week and the other days I run for about an hour in Germia National Park.
Usually, during summer I lose my appetite and there are times that I go for a run even though I barely ate that day (not good at all). So, in order to get the energy needed to power the workout I am trying to add smoothies to my daily routine.
Today I tried the ‘Good Workout Smoothie’ and it was delicious.

2 table spoon honey
1 table spoon fresh lemon juice
4 ice cubes
BLEND all ingredients.
