Evening Smoothie.

How does 2016 feel up to now? I’m sure most of you have ‘Healthy Living’ on your New Year Resolution list. So, I wanted to share with you an evening smoothie recipe that I totally love and it is easy to prepare. The ingredients make for the ultimate detox formula and one glass of this before bed has been known to speed up metabolism and rid excess fat while sleeping. It has no sugar, which helps you sleep and feel great when you wake up.

Here are the ingredients you need:
1 cucumber, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon aloe vera juice
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 handful of parsley

All you have to do is blend these ingredients and enjoy your super healthy smoothie. 🙂
